Founder Grant Program Rules & Compliance
The Founder Grant Program is open to students with an idea, dropouts, solo indie builders (with or without a live product), and early-stage startups that have been operating or incorporated for less than 500 days at the time of territory claim.
Applicant projects and startups must be 100% bootstrapped or self/student-funded and must never have raised formal Angel investment or institutional Venture Capital prior to grant disbursement. (Established brands and VC-backed startups are welcome to purchase pixels on the Atlas for permanent brand visibility, but are excluded from the $711,000 Grant Pool.)
Projects from any vertical, industry, or medium are eligible—including software, hardware, AI, consumer products, gaming, open-source tools, community initiatives, or non-traditional concepts. Judges evaluate applicants on the authenticity of their founder journey, clarity of the idea, execution velocity, and territory creativity.
To enter the milestone evaluation queue, a Squad Captain must claim at least 3 contiguous pixels ($3+ USD) and invite 3 co-founders, teammates, or early supporters via their unique Step 3 referral link who each claim at least 1 pixel ($1+ USD) to mark the 4-person squad as ACTIVE.
2M Pixel World claims zero equity (0%), zero royalties, and zero intellectual property rights over any idea, prototype, or startup pitched in the program. Founders retain 100% ownership of their work.
Submitted ideas and projects must be the original work of the applicant squad. Plagiarized work, deceptive scams, Ponzi/rug-pull schemes, malware, illegal goods/services, or adult/hate content are strictly disqualified.
