- How much does a pixel cost?
- Standard pixels are $1 USD (₹84 INR) each. VIP pixels (rare patterns like palindromes, sequential numbers, lucky sequences, leading zeroes, and landmarks) are priced across deterministic tiers: Premium ($9 / ₹756), VIP ($29 / ₹2,436), Ultra VIP ($99 / ₹8,316), and Legendary coordinates reserved for collector auctions (₹99,999 reference).
- Is my claim permanent?
- Yes. Your pixel claim is permanent with no recurring fees. You pay once and your territory is yours for the lifetime of 2M Pixel World. You also receive a verifiable Digital Passport certificate confirming your unique Pixel Number and chronological Founding Rank.
- What is the minimum purchase?
- You can buy as little as 1 pixel for $1 USD (₹84 INR). There is no maximum limit — claim a single coordinate, a 10×10 startup logo block (100 pixels), or a flagship monument.
- Can I buy pixels as a gift?
- Yes. During checkout, you can enter any recipient name and email for the territory. The Digital Passport and ownership confirmation will be issued to the email provided.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- India: UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Cashfree Payment Gateway (prices in INR). International: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal (prices in USD). All transactions are encrypted via TLS/SSL.
- Do you provide invoices?
- Yes. Tax-compliant invoices are automatically emailed after payment confirmation for Indian purchases, and international buyers receive a standard USD receipt and invoice PDF.
- Can I get a refund?
- Due to the digital and permanent nature of coordinate claims on the live Atlas, all sales are final once the territory is activated. If you experience a gateway error or duplicate charge, contact our support desk within 48 hours for immediate resolution.
- Is my payment data safe?
- Yes. We never store raw card details on our servers. All payments are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. We store only your order verification reference and territory metadata.
- What can I put on my pixel territory?
- You can attach a brand or project name, short description, logo/artwork image, and a do-follow destination URL. Clicking your territory on the 2D or 3D Atlas takes visitors to your Digital Passport and destination URL.
- Can I update my territory later?
- Yes. You can update your logo, destination URL, title, and description at any time from your territory management tools as your company or product evolves.
- What image formats are accepted?
- PNG, JPG, SVG, and WebP. Recommended resolution is 512×512px or higher for crisp rendering at high zoom levels. The image is mapped proportionally to your claimed rectangular area.
- Are there any content restrictions?
- Yes. Adult content, illegal material, malware links, hate speech, and phishing/scam destinations are strictly prohibited. Territories violating platform safety policies are suspended.
- What is the $711,000 Founder Grant Program?
- A merit-based, equity-free competition for pixel owners and 4-person builder squads (1 Squad Captain claiming 3+ pixels for $3+ USD + 3 co-founders claiming 1+ pixel for $1+ USD each). - Is the grant guaranteed?
